This promotes peace. Shalom. Khamsa.

1. Let the Muslims build some hotels -- or a hotel -- in Ram Allah or such {21} Ramalah! within

SEVEN CLICKS of Lion"s Gate and Damascus Gate.

This promotes peace. Shalom. Khamsa./

2. Let the visitors with immaculate histories be screened for metals and ceramics at the hotel in Ram Allah or a

town near Jerusalem. They will not be screened at Jerusalem's battlements.

This promotes peace. Shalom. Khamsa.

3. Let between 180 and 220 Muslims ride on dedicated buses under the highest security to a new departure

point proximate to Damascus Gate.

This promotes peace. Shalom. Khamsa.

4. Let the Muslims visit the Holy al-Aqsa mosque snd the Dome of the Rock, what Jewry

calls The Temple Mount, as well as Hebron, Nazereth, Nablus, and any towns in the Palestinian Territories

where they have second cousins or better to visit for up to five overnights.

5. Let the Jewish Quarter and everything east of some line near the King David Hotel, and west of another

line, be off limits to the visitors, but let them circulate somewhat between Lion"s Gate and Jaffa Gate and

around the outer battlements. Not in procession. Be discreet.

Let the Muslims who have been cleared by Israel stay for seven to twenty-five days {4}, so that others may

come. It may be somewhat expensive because the Muslims will have to cover the Israeli security details.

Wealthy Muslims should be encouraged to sponsor other Muslims to make the haj (Eng pilgrimage).

6. Any breach of security will be met with the pilgrim's very restricted movement, to the hotel, or eviction

from Israel. The whipping post in Jedda, Saudi Arabia awaits any breach [1]:: five lashes with a Cat

of Nine Tails

administered by a 90+ year-old Israeli Druze soldier {15.5} who has lost more than one family

member, in the 1947 and 1967 wars. {circle 15}
